St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church

St. Catherine of Siena Parish is a unique Eucharistic Community bound together by the love of Christ and His presence in the Most Blessed Sacrament.  It is the very summit of our faith. The love of Christ is the interwoven thread which binds together many ethnic and cultural diversities into one strong spiritual community of Christian belief.

Christ calls all of us to continue to gather our individual resources and to utilize these talents for the common good.  He summons us daily to continue to build and heal the Kingdom of God on earth.

Our parish is very active through the unique and special gifts of one another. Your blessings depend on what you give for the love of your fellow parishioners, for which you will be greatly rewarded. We are a family that builds and works together, to love and serve one another, today and every day of our lives. I invite you to share your gifts. In giving of ourselves, we receive so much more.

"It is our vision that our Fraternity shall continue to embrace the children of our community with our Charity and that we broaden the scope of enrichment of our Catholic community with Unity of purpose."

It is to that end that we dedicate our efforts in this golf tournament.

The Knights  was formed to render financial aid to members and their families. Mutual aid and assistance are offered to sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief and public relief works.

The history of the Order shows how the foresight of Father Michael J. McGivney, whose cause for sainthood is being investigated by the Vatican, brought about what has become the world's foremost Catholic fraternal benefit society. The Order has helped families obtain economic security and stability through its life insurance, annuity and long-term care programs, and has contributed time and energy worldwide to service in communities.

Our Knights of Columbus continues to grow and flourish.  There are better than 200 Knights in Council 9923 and they contiue to work diligently to serve our parish and her families.

On behalf of the clergy and staff here at St. Catherine’s, I welcome you and I hope and pray you will see yourselves as active participants in your discipleship role.

"I have called you by your name, you are mine." Is.43:1

Sincerely Yours in Christ,
Fr. John M. Matejek,  Pastor
